Remember Loved OnesPerpetual Candle Wall
The "Perpetual Candle Wall" that surrounds the picture of Our Lady of Guadalupe is almost sold out. There are 20 candles remaining for purchase. These candles are lit for one year in honor of, or perpetual prayer for your loved one(s). A plaque will be placed under the candle and intentions will be offered up at every Mass for each individual or family. Prayers for conversion, friends, family and in memory of loved ones are the most common requests. The candles will burn for a year and can be renewed on a yearly basis. The initial cost for a candle for a year is $250. If you would like to keep the candle burning for another year, the fee will be $200.
In addition, there are still opportunities to purchase plaques on both the giving tree and the angel wall. Plaques are a beautiful way to celebrate milestones- births, marriages, anniversaries and other special occasions. If you would like to reserve your perpetual candle or purchase a plaque on the giving tree or angel wall, please call Darlene at the Parish office 772-461-2233.
